Orphanage Location: North Bengal, India Organization: Himalayan Ministries Description: The Little Flower Childrens Home is home to 50 orphans in the Himalayas. It is run, with lots of love, as a large family, and the children look to Pastor Jonathan Phipon and his wife Usha, who head this home, as their parents. For over 20 years this home has provided destitute children with shelter, love, and hope for the future. While the home receives some funding from local benefactors, inflation and limited resources have forced them in the past to do without such basics as lunch. |
